I feel that my SPD has gotten worse over the years because I so much avoid sensory overload situations. I'm in SI therapy now and it's helping, but it's very difficult for me because my sensory problems are so entrenched. Maybe an old dog can learn new tricks.

How has your SPD changed over the years? Worse? Better?
