i have a 6 yr old son with Fragile X Syndrome! he has this thing where he chews the collar of every shirt and chews holes that looks like moths had a buffet! i was wondering if you make or plan on making something that would help me save what little clothes he has?

My 6 year old would love to have shorts and/or pants for boys with the kind of wide elastic waistline that girl excercise shorts have. Also, some really soft elastic waist jeans would be great :D

We could really use seam free socks! I know they only make the seamless toe kind--but we need more of those out there. then only ones i find that are quality are for diabetics and they are not fun kids colors or styles.

From About.com:
Site of the Day: SOFT (clothing for all children)
Thursday October 4, 2007

Have you ever wished you could tell a clothing manufacturer exactly what kind of garments your child needs -- style, texture, weight, tags, seams, fasteners, everything so that you could finally get something your super-sensitive kid would wear happily? The founder of SOFT is giving you that chance.

The company isn't quite in business yet, aiming for a 2008 launch, but its site gives a good overview of the sort of clothing they're planning to offer, all of it designed to bring comfort and style to children with autism, sensory integration dysfunction, and other disabilities that make finding bearable clothes a challenge.

Jessica Elsas, the founder and design director of SOFT, has left a message on the Parenting Special Needs Forum inviting input from parents as to what her store should offer, and similar information requests can be found on the site itself. This is your chance to get that one thing you can never seem to find anywhere. Make contact!
