- How do sensory disorders affect your life?
- My son oldest Jami was diagnosed severly autistic. He just turned three this past April. He has said a few words but doesn't know how to use language. The doctors told me not to try sign language because he has such "floating" eye contact that he wouldn't be able to do it. My younger son Colton is starting showing symptoms. Before he turned one he was talking, and doing really well actually. He seemed like a genius because he was walking and talking so quickly. After his shots he was sick for 3 days (which is normal) and I haven't heard him talk since. Now he flaps his arms and screams instead of talking. Sometimes I just wonder if he is imitating Jami, but as time goes on I'm not really sure.

- I'm 21. My husband is 20. We have been married for 4 years this coming November. I quit my last job because I felt like my husband wasn't doing what he should with the kids, and now that I've stayed home with them more I'm not even sure I know what to do with them.
