potty traning
I have a 4 year old daugther and she has sensery intergation rally bad and we been working on the potty thing for 2 years now and some days she does really good but then others she seems like we are starting frome square one anyone going thought this? or is there anyone to give me some HELP.

Comment by tracy matson on June 22, 2009 at 3:05pm - she is over sensitive. we have tryed the reward thing and it worked for a few bet now she dont want any thing to do with it i am so tierd of doing this but like you said we need to be very patience. also it is hared for me cause she only wants me and not dad so i always have to be there for her and i dont know what else i can do.

- by the way she was four too and only just starting school ....patience really works and lots and lots of motivators and then rewards x

- HI is she over or under sensitive, we had a child who had too much sensory info coming through and started off just going into the toilet for one minite used a timer, then sitting on fully clothed for another minite...then so on over weeks now she is fine and loving being so grown up x
